We are a company that researches new ways to watch movies by combining crowdsourced data with a friendly face. Our main product is an app that you can use on the go and implements our groundbreaking technology. Our target audience is young adults. We want to convey a sense of security, while at the same time being kind.Job Description:
You must create a website that will mainly provide customer support for the company. The goal is to increase sales. Besides the landing page, the website will need a about page, product pages and a blog. The landing page should have a Our Values section. There should be a call to action to get users to follow the company's social media. They would prefer a modern design, and would like you to use the brand color, which is purple. Take into account the client's preferences and values.

Move-e is a conceptual project from an online brief generator that I found. I had diverted to front end development for a while and found my way back to design, which I then wanted to practice.

User Flow

Based on the brief I established a very vague user journey simply to be able to design the interface that this web page would be meant to market. It is by no means complete but some research into other, similar projects, revealed that it is at least a good starting point, and enough for me to be able to create this practice landing page.My primary focus for this exercise was to practice making a design that takes advantage of vibrant geometric patterns. Therefore, UX came secondary in this particular project.I stuck to what I know: Roboto was the typeface of choice since it tends to be a "safe" font in most cases, and the colour palette was one I grabbed from Coolors.

App Interface

While the brief did not mention the design for the app, I had yet to design the interface for one at this point and wanted to try my hand at it. I did not do much in the way of user research, only visual, and designed a very simple UI for a movie booking app, which Cinder is then promoting and providing support for on the website the brief speaks about.
